If you have 15 minutes: Reflect on how far you’ve come.
I find Instagram really helpful for this. If I scroll through my timeline, I can remember how I was feeling a year ago, before I started getting treatment for my anxiety. Sometimes, it feels like nothing has changed, and other days I can’t believe how far I’ve come.
Be kind to yourself, and know that even if it feels like you haven’t made any progress the fact that you’re thinking about it means that you’re already one step in the right direction.
